Klauss Hoffmann - Stage-2 - Remap. This remap improves the performance of the 996 Carrera 911 in many ways. Most importantly it improves low, midrange and driveability. The great benefit of all Klauss Hoffmann remaps is that they are designed to remain flexible to work with other performance enhancements, such as exhaust and intake improvements.

EXHAUST - STAGE-2 - The 996 with the correct high performance manifolds, cats and rear silencers can produce the most amazing sound while also gaining small gains in performance. The 9XX silencers are the product of years of development while monitoring the other alternatives such as the Ruf silencers. The 9XX items gain on knowledge gained from ongoing development to produce the best available items.

9XX can also produce cat-bypass sections for the 996 models, call for details.

9XX BOOST IMPROVER - Device to reduce lag and improve top end performance of the 996 turbo models. Makes simple adjustment to boost levels.

EXHAUST - STAGE-2 Turbo - Much like the earlier 911 models, the 996 turbo exhaust system has many design features which create losses of power. the 9XX 996 Turbo exhaust is designed for pure performance. Available with tailpipe options, this system allows quicker turbo spool up as well as reduced losses caused by backpressure in the standard system. Available with and without catalytic converters depending on if the car is to be used on the road or exclusively on the track.

DUAL PORT WASTEGATES - 9XX STAGE-3 - Replaces standard wastegates with new version designed with dual port control head. This allows adjustable boost control with the added benefit of lag reduction through faster spool up. Suitable for standard or uprated turbochargers up to 850 BHP.

INTERCOOLER STAGE 3- A much larger intercoolers designed to improve "on-boost" performance even without increasing the boost, but also allows the use of higher boost without issues.

WATER INJECTION - Still under development - our water injection system has been installed on several 911 turbo's and has allowed the use of much higher boost levels. This system in not for the feint hearted.

DUMP VALVES -9XX STAGE-2 The addition of a dump valve to a 911 turbo does not increase power on a dyno run, but allows the turbo to continue spooling on fast gear changes. It also protects the turbo against compressor stall during decelloration and during gear changes. The 9XX item benefits over the original Porsche item with faster response and higher flow.

TURBO - STAGE-3 9XX - Our stage 3 turbo incorporates a hybrid design for improved efficiency at higher boost levels.

TURBO - STAGE-4 9XX - Our stage 4 turbo incorporates a hybrid design and many of the other benefits of the Stage-3 turbo, however it also includes a ceramic ball bearing design which allows it to spool up much more rapidly, reduces drag (and lag) and is of a much more durable design due to the use of ceramic ball bearings. The turbo also uses a lower quantity of oil due to this design, therefore not sapping away as much oil flow from the rest of the oil circuit, therefore increasing oil pressure to the rest of the engine in extreme scenarios.

FUEL PUMP - STAGE-3 Motorsport - Our motorsport fuel pump has been tested on cars providing up to 650 lbs of torque. Important in particular with highly modified cars as the standard fuel pumps (when new) only have a safety margin of some 10%. When modifying your 911 your standard fuel pump may run out of capacity causing a lean condition.

DYNO TUNING - Charged by the hour we are able to setup your car on a rolling road dyno tester. This is charged by the hour and logs not only BHP and Torque but also boost pressure, air fuel ratio and much more. For a perfectly tuned car this is the only real option to set it up.

COMPOSITE SUSPENSION BUSHES - 9XX Bushes are available to replace almost any bush within the suspension previously made from rubber. These items will improve controll and driver feedback. Price for these are on application dependent on which bushes you desire to be uprated.

STRUT BRACES - 9XX strut braces improve the rigidity of the 911 frame allowing more precise handling characteristics with reduced flex and improved driver feedback through the steering and suspension
