CYLINDER HEAD STAGE-2 Performance built 924 (non turbo) cylinder head designed to be race legal as it uses the standard casting and has the same or lesser volume ports as the original. Performance gains have been made through re-shaping the inlet ports to provide higher velocity airflow. This combined with the whole head being blueprinted results in improved performance accross all RPM, in particular in low and midrange torque.

FILTER STAGE-2 - Performance replacement element

THROTTLE BODY STAGE-2 - Replacement throttle body with enlarged inlet and butterflies. Typically increases higher rpm BHP figures. New part that is compatible with the standard intake manifold (we recommend our stage-2 intake manifold) and compatible with the standard intake bellows.

EXHAUST - STAGE-2 - Polished stainless steel rear section, improves high rpm performance.

9XX BOOST IMPROVER - Device to reduce lag and improve top end performance of the 924 turbo models. Makes simple adjustment to boost levels.

DUAL PORT WASTEGATE - 9XX STAGE-2 - Replaces standard wastegate with new version designed with dual port control head. The result on the 924 turbo is improved turbo spool up, adjustable boost with absolutely no wastegate creep.

DUAL PORT WASTEGATE - 9XX STAGE-3 - Replaces standard wastegate with new version designed with dual port control head. The stage 3 version also includes cooling fins and a 46mm port for control of boost even with uprated turbochargers up to 500 BHP.

FRONT MOUNT INTERCOOLER 9XX - STAGE-2 - Completely replaces the standard 924 turbo and Carrera GT badge pannel with a removable version (genuine part) and reworked section bellow (again a genuine part) to allow the fitment of a large genuine Porsche front mounted intercooler. Much more efficient than the Carrera GT or GTS version. Includes reworking intake plumbing. Retains completely original external looks without the use of any non genuine Porsche parts except for some pipework. Typically increases power of 924 Turbo and Carrera GT to 230 BHP, also allows future modifications to allow higher boost. Suitable up to 320 BHP.

FRONT MOUNT INTERCOOLER 9XX - STAGE-3 - As per stage-2 kit, but with improved intercooler able to work up to 450 BHP.

DUMP VALVE -9XX STAGE-2 The addition of a dump valve to a 924 turbo does not increase power on a dyno run, but allows the turbo to continue spooling on fast gear changes. It also protects the turbo against compressor stall during decelloration and during gear changes.
