Klauss Hoffmann - Stage-2 - Chipset. This chipset improves the performance of the 3.2 Carrera 911 in many ways. Most importantly it improves low, midrange and driveability. The great benefit of all Klauss Hoffmann chips is that they are designed to remain flexible to work with other performance enhancements, such as exhaust and intake improvements.

EXHAUST - STAGE-2 - The earlier 911 models were fitted with a design of exhaust which was developed to produce power. The nice side effect was that the 911 sounded amazing! Prior to the 911SC Porsche had to re-design the exhaust system so a single catalytic converter could be installed in californian models. This restricted the system and so reduced performance. Our polished stainless steel exhaust system replaces every part of the exhaust, including the heat exchangers to a design similar to the early cars such as the original RS 911. The system has been designed though to have enlarged pipes tuned to release optimum power from the SC and carrera models along with a revised tailpipe design to keep within the style of the later cars.

EXHAUST - STAGE-2 Turbo - Like the 3.0 SC and 3.2 Carrera exhausts, the 911 Turbo exhaust was designed to allow Porsche to install a catalytic converter in the californian market. the 9XX 911 Turbo exhaust is designed for pure performance as well as other drawbacks to the 911 turbo system. Available with single or dual tailpipes, this system allows quicker turbo spool up as well as reduced losses caused by backpressure in the standard system. This system is similar in design to that used by RUF in their air cooled tuned 911 turbo models. Unfortunately this item is often subject to a manufacturing pre order time.

DUAL PORT WASTEGATE - 9XX STAGE-3 - Replaces standard wastegate with new version designed with dual port control head. The stage 3 version also includes cooling fins and a 46mm port for control of boost even with uprated turbochargers up to 850 BHP.

DUMP VALVE -9XX STAGE-2 The addition of a dump valve to a 911 turbo does not increase power on a dyno run, but allows the turbo to continue spooling on fast gear changes. It also protects the turbo against compressor stall during decelloration and during gear changes.

TURBO - STAGE-4 9XX - Our stage 4 turbo incorporates a hybrid design and many of the other benefits of the Stage-3 turbo, however it also includes a ball bearing design which allows it to spool up much more rapidly, reduces drag (and lag) and is of a much more durable design due to the use of ceramic ball bearings. The turbo also uses a lower quantity of oil due to this design, therefore not sapping away as much oil flow from the rest of the oil circuit, therefore increasing oil pressure to the rest of the engine in extreme scenarios.

FUEL PUMP - STAGE-3 Motorsport - Our motorsport fuel pump has been tested on cars providing up to 650 lbs of torque. Important in particular with highly modified cars as the standard fuel pumps (when new) only have a safety margin of some 10%. When modifying your 911 your standard fuel pump may run out of capacity causing a lean condition.
